Over 20 years of continuous design improvements the TC MILL, a traveling column machining center has been designed with increased travels, additional axis configurations in order to accommodate new manufacturing challenges.

Simply a better solution for long and short parts machining.

The long bed traveling column machine design lets you machine both large and small parts with equal ease. The part is stationary, fully supported, and never moves. The size and weight of the part being machined does not affect the machine’s dynamics. Both large and small parts are machined to the same accuracy. Part fixturing is simpler. The worktable can be sectored into a large work zone for big parts or just as easily setup into multiple smaller work zones for small parts.
